Well, let me tell you a story about how it all started. We didn’t just wake up one day and say, “hey, let’s clean stuff and become a successful business!” Rather, it was a spontaneous, occasionally painful, organic progression that occurred naturally, with people gradually realising the value in what we do.

It started in 2015 with one person who did some cleaning to pay the bills. Then her partner joined in, and before they knew it, they had a team of cleaning enthusiasts who made cleaning their way of life. Yes, I must be honest, we weren’t all excellent cleaners from the start. But we were determined to become ones.

We embarked on a journey of learning, experimentation, and made hundreds of mistakes. We tried offering a wide range of cleaning services until we discovered that excelling in residential cleaning was our niche. Through the highs and lows, we strove to improve our cleaning techniques and expertise. Our clients’ honest feedback always played a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals.

Cleaning is not as easy as it appears. Both of us learned the hard way that running a business and cleaning at the same time while maintaining high standards in both areas can be challenging. We didn’t regret this period though. You cannot run a successful cleaning business without experiencing the struggle of hard physical work yourself first. That’s why we brought on a skilled manager to help us with our daily operations and keep things running smoothly. With our diverse backgrounds in engineering, architecture, and product design, we used our skills and experience to enhance our systems, improve the visual appeal of our business, and address behind-the-scenes tasks that go beyond cleaning.

We faced our fair share of ups and downs, particularly during the pandemic, as did many others. With the hard work of our cleaners and great support of our clients, who were extremely understanding of the numerous disruptions during this period, we emerged even stronger as a team.
